Terms of Service

1. About us
These terms apply to all orders placed on the Wild Pigeons website. Wild Pigeons is an online streetwear store based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@wildpigeons.store.

By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy from us. We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it, but a contract between us only exists once we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, there’s a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If this happens, we’ll tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where it applies. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

If we discover that an item was listed at the wrong price, we’ll contact you before dispatch. We’ll ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Our products
We take care to show our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real item, and small differences in print placement are a normal part of the printing process. These variations are not faults.

Please check the size guide and care instructions on each product page. Washing or drying an item against its care label may damage the print or fabric.

5. Custom and print-to-order items
Items printed to order, personalised, or made to your specification are produced just for you. They can’t be cancelled or returned unless they’re faulty. These items are marked on the product page.

6. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you gave us.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees, which are your responsibility unless checkout shows them as included.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, logos, photos and text on our website and products belong to Wild Pigeons. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission. Buying a product doesn’t give you any rights to its design.

9. Using our website
You agree not to misuse our website. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or malicious code, or using it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Our liability
If we break these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We’re not responsible for loss or damage that wasn’t foreseeable. We’re also not responsible for business losses, as our products are for personal use only.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. This doesn’t apply where the law doesn’t allow us to limit our liability, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your consumer rights.

11. Events outside our control
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, strikes, severe weather or supplier problems. If this affects your order, we’ll let you know and, if needed, offer a refund.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on our website when you placed it.

13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there. If you live in the EU or the US, you may also have rights under your local consumer laws, which these terms do not take away.
