Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK, Europe and the United States and Internationally with longer shipping times and shipping fees.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on nearly every order, and $4.99 when shipping internationally.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every tee is printed in small runs, so orders usually arrive within around 10 days of being placed. Busy periods or customs checks can sometimes add a little extra time.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Free shipping doesn’t cover these charges, and they’re your responsibility unless checkout shows them as included.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Check your tracking email first. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days of being placed, email info@wildpigeons.store with your order number and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed and still have their tags. Custom and print-to-order items can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
How do I start a return?
Email info@wildpigeons.store with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll reply with instructions for sending it back.
Who pays for return postage?
If you’ve changed your mind, you pay for return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the return.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email info@wildpigeons.store within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the problem. You can choose a full refund or a replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. We’ll email you once it’s processed.
