Shipping Policy

Processing and delivery
Every Wild Pigeons tee is printed in small runs. Orders usually arrive within around 10 days of being placed, wherever you are. You’ll get an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Where we ship and delivery costs
We ship to the UK, Europe and the United States. Shipping is free to every destination.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy periods or because of customs checks.

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. Free shipping doesn’t cover these charges, so they’re your responsibility unless checkout shows them as included. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn’t collected, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. In that case the extra postage cost will be yours.

Late, lost or damaged parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days of being placed, or it arrives damaged, email us at info@wildpigeons.store with your order number. We’ll look into it and send a replacement or give you a full refund.
